Joseph (Joe) Rallo, 87, died peacefully on October 14, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family and while holding his wife's hand.
Joe is survived by his wife, Carol Castiglione Rallo, daughter Rosalyn (Richard) Reagan, son Joseph (Terri) Rallo, brother Franklin (Terry) Rallo, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a multitude of cousins, extended family, and good friends.
Joe was proud to be a member of the City of Rochester Fire Department. After retirement, he and Carol moved to Colorado Springs CO, where he always enjoyed looking at Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation or a charity of your choice.
Service will be taking place Tuesday, October 21, at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E. Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 at 10:00AM.

We will always remember Joe when he came into Barney's Diner where he joined the morning coffee group and had dry wheat toast (how boring). He had great sense of humor and Don and I along with the rest of the employees always enjoyed joking with him.
