I looked forward to seeing the two of you everyday for your coffee runs. Though I will still see CJ , Joel will ne greatly missed. The Staff at Wawa sends our sincere prayers to you and your family.

I send the Bilbo family and friends my sincere sympathy for your loss. Joel helped me many times as I ended my day working for Henrico County. Sometimes he would be in the Administration Building lobby or outside the Board room assisting us. Even in rainy weather, he would be sure that I got to my car safely helping me with extra bags too. We talked about his wife, her Mom, and the many household activities that he did. He provided a calm and happy way to end my work day. I thank you for sharing him with us. I will sincerely miss him.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

I also had the pleasure of knowing Sergeant Bilbo while working at Henrico County. I will miss talking to him as he sometimes walked with me in the mornings. He was always very pleasant and kind. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

I will miss his smiling face wishing me a good night as I left work at Henrico.

It was a sad day; many will miss him. I will miss drinking coffee with him, he is a good person to know and to call a friend. He maybe gone but not forgotten. Be at peace MY FRIEND!!!

It was a sad day in Henrico when we learned of Joel's sudden passing. I had the pleasure to know and work with Joel for the past 11 years. Joel was a valued member of Henrico County Security Services and will be missed by all of us around the County. My thoughts and prayers are with CJ and family at this time. GOD SPEED # 703
