I remember when you were going through your divorce you were over my house all the time as it was a rough time for ya but I always made the time because I knew you needed to be around family during that terrible part of your life. Papa, you´re missed far more than words can express. Some families are bound by blood. Others are bound by choice, love, and the unwavering presence of someone who showed up every day-without condition or hesitation. We didn´t share our DNA, but you shared something far more rare: integrity, kindness, and the kind of love that leaves a legacy deeper than genetics ever could. I´m forever grateful to be one of the people he chose to call family-and who proudly call him ours.

I miss you each and every single day! Even though I was adopted, you never treated me any different than your own daughter. You always showed me what true love is! I miss talking with you every day, and your teachings. You will always be alive in my heart!
