Mr. Joel Andrew McDonald Jr.

I had the immense pleasure to work with Joel the past 3+ years. Those who knew Joel will remember him for being a great man. Always loving, caring, hard working and opinionated. Never caring who knew how he felt. Above all that he was the consummate family man. A proud and loving father and grandfather, he would always come in Monday beaming when he had a chance to spend time with his kids and grand kids. Whether it be lunches or dinners at Marcos with them or just attending the grandkids sporting events, he would come to work and just be so happy and excited he was able to spend time with them. He will be greatly missed and my thought, prayers and condolences go out to all Joel´s friends and family during this difficult time.
