Johanna D Geisenhaver, aged 66, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on May 11, 1958, Johanna was a beacon of joy and creativity, touching the lives of all who knew her with her humor and intelligence.
Johanna is remembered by her children, Misty (Justin) Blais and Milo Geisenhaver; her grandson, Simon; and her siblings, Ann (Edwin) Toman and Jack (Minnie) Geisenhaver. She was a cherished sister, mother, and grandmother whose legacy of laughter and wisdom will live on through them. Johann was preceded in death by her parents, John and Edna, her brother Matthew, and her sister Paula, with whom she now rests.
Throughout her life, Johanna's passion for sewing, gardening, and collecting pop culture memorabilia brought her immense joy and allowed her to connect with others who shared her interests. Her handcrafted creations were not only a testament to her skill but also a reflection of her generous spirit, as she often gifted them to friends and family.
Johanna's love for bowling was well-known, she was a formidable opponent, a gracious teammate, and the life of every game night.
Her quick wit and boundless creativity were evident in every aspect of her life, from the way she solved problems to the unique flair she brought to her hobbies. Johann's intelligence shone through in her insightful conversations and her ability to make everyone around her feel seen and heard.
