Goodbyes are not forever, and not the end; It simply means I'll miss you until we meet again.

I will always remember the days you spent teaching me in the garden and the times you took me fishing. Those moments meant so much to me and will stay in my heart forever.

Jake will always remember Grampy´s silly faces and the funny times you shared that could always make him laugh.

And I we will never forgot the same shirt he wore to every holiday event every year!

There are just too many memories and stories to list, but we will cherish every one of them forever in our hearts.
