John Randolph Axe

John was Warren's Bond Counsel for over 40 years. He guided myself and the City through many bond issues. I trusted John to always do the right thing with the city's finances. I will truly miss John and his advice as Controller of the City of Warren and a friend.

John was my attorney for Jackson County for 25 years and was instrumental in helping me of getting the lowest rates of interest and highest rates from Moody's. He was a wonderful person and gave the County Treasurer Association his wealth of knowledge. My sincere condolences to Linda and the family.

So sorry to learn of John's passing. He was always eager to share his vast knowledge, leadership and expertise with us in the MI Assn of County Treasurers. Sending our sympathy and prayers for comfort to his family.
