John Perry Ball

Mr. John Perry Ball age 40, of Marianna, Arkansas died suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday, February 23, 2026, at his home in Marianna.

Perry was born on June 12, 1985, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the son of Don Ball and Teresa Perry Ball. Perry was a pilot and loved to fly, was a member of Live Wire Band, and enjoyed shooting his guns. He was a second-degree black belt and Taekwondo instructor, but most of all, he was a devoted father who cherished time with his family. Perry was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marrianna.

Perry was married to Katy Ball and she survives him along with a son Maddox Ball and a stepdaughter Lindy Gardner; his mother Teresa Ball of Fairfield Bay; two brothers, Don W. Ball jr. of Brinkley and Kolby Ball of Tallahassee, Florida; his inlaws, Brenda and Jay Hollowell and Bobby May. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his brothers in the Live Wire band. He was preceded in death by his father Don W. Ball.

A memorial service will be held Monday, March 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.at the First Baptist Church in Marianna. The family request memorials be made to American Cancer Society or to the First Baptist Church, 47 West Main St. Marianna, AR 72360. Visit online registry at stevensfuneralhome.net.
