John Michael Barry

I was really taken aback by news of John's passing. I remember nights, after his shift ended at 11pm, at the Old Mill, playing setback, hearts and 5&7 card poker with Norma, Joanie and Gwen. We were members of different BPOE lodges (me-#35, him-#1669) in the same district as Exalted Rulers though in different years. We were always meeting up for various events and John always had my vote as he continued moving through the organization chairs. After he moved to Florida with his wife Debbie we continued to text and communicate via Facebook. I will miss him.
