John Charles Biddle

John Charles Biddle, born in Cresson, Pennsylvania, to Frederick and Beaulah Biddle on February 16, 1935, led a life defined by service, dedication, and love. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant in 1974. Following his military career, John pursued a degree in Social Services at St. Edward's University while working at IBM, where he later retired. In addition, he embraced the entrepreneurial spirit by running his own businesses.
John is survived by his beloved wife, May, and their children: Jimmy Biddle (Sharon), Joey Biddle (Vicki), Eva Biddle, Laura Wolf (Mark), Julie Cooper (Stuart), and Angie Lederer (Jeff). He was a cherished grandfather to ten grandchildren: Darren Biddle (Elizabeth), Megan Rossing (Adam), Samantha Watson (Blake), Aspen Lilly (Logan), Mackenzie Elliff (Lane), Harley Cooper, Darbey Sovereign (Jonathon), Kaylee Wolf, Calley Cooper, and Travis Wolf. His legacy extends to thirteen great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored.
John's life was filled with the joy of family. He found immense happiness in attending 25 years of dance recitals, cheering from the bleachers at countless games, and enduring camping trips through all weather. His greatest joy came from cradling his grandbabies, watching them grow, and sharing in their lives.
Known for his tireless work ethic, quick wit, and boundless optimism, John's unconditional love shaped the family that continues to cherish his memory. His legacy is one of humor, strength, and an enduring bond that has blessed his family in countless ways. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
We take comfort in the countless memories and the peaceful passing of John as he goes to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Fred, and sister-in-law Joyce.
