John Bowen Obituary

John was born August 21, 1968 in Morehead, Kentucky, son of Woodford Bowen and Judith Carolyn Reed Bowen. He is preceded in death by one brother, Michael Jairus Bowen.
He is survived by both of his parents, Woodford and Judith Reed Bowen; two sisters, Kimberly Bowen Spatola and husband Philip of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey and Mindi Michelle Fairchild of Flat Gap, Kentucky; one niece, Maci Michelle Fairchild; five nephews, Blake Spatola, Nicholas Spatola, Keygan Pelfrey, Jacob Bowen and Joseph Bowen.
Celebration of Life service will be conducted at a later time.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home is both Honored and Privileged to be Entrusted with all funeral arrangements for Mr. John Woodford Bowen.

I am saddened to hear of John´s passing. He was a gentle soul in my opinion and a nice person to be around. I had the great privilege of playing guitar with him on several family occasions over the years. He will be greatly missed by all of us in the Spatola family. God give him his reward in Heaven.
