John Harold Bratcher

CENTRAL CITY - John Harold Bratcher, 71, of Central City, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 10:26AM at his home. Mr. Bratcher was born April 21, 1931 in Muhlenberg County. He retired from the Military after 31 years of service, serving with the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by a sister, Charline Wallace. Survivors include his wife, Rose Marie Bratcher; sons Paul (Sole') Bratcher and John (Teresa) Bratcher; daughter Bunny (Dirk) Allen; grandchildren Sarah Elizabeth Allen, Danny Harold (Meghan) Bratcher; Megan Rose Bratcher, Stephanie Paige Bratcher, Melissa Joy Bratcher, and Sean William Bratcher; brothers and sisters Edward T. (Sharon) Jones, Jane (Gary) Trammel, Larry (Teresa) Jones, Dorothy Vinson, Patty (Mike) Ingram, Jimmy (Mike) Weaver, Raymond (Sharon) Harris, Sue (Jay) Mullennix, Stanley (Hazel) Harris, Steve (Phyllis) Harris, Teresa (Buddy) Morris, Rommie (Donna) Harris, Tracy (Patsy) Harris, and Joyce Dukes. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Archie Fugate officiating. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery in Central City.
