My sincere sympathy Mary Jane and all the Brigandi family members. We met in the 80s as coworkers and have continued as friends. I so enjoyed keeping up with the stories of your wonderful family. I am so glad we were able to get together recently. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May God hold you in the palm of His hands during this most difficult time

John was friends with my brother Chris along with being our neighbor. He was funny, kind and sweet as well. Car pooling to school was always great as he made us laugh the whole way with his stories and humor. His smile was contagious! Prayers to his family at this very difficult time. God speed John...

John lived on Rumson RD right behind us as little guys and then later moved. We were always good friends in High School and playing football together. John was extremely funny and always made me laugh. We had another common bond he and I shared as we both had big brothers and both were larger than life in their grades and both were extremely tough older brothers. John asked me once if I ever tried my older brother and we both agreed we did once and both said the outcome was the same and we laughed hard about it. He called me baby otto because of that but when ever he would see me he called me "Baby" I always laughed and he will be greatly missed by anyone who John. My sincere condolences to his family May he RIP.

I grew up on the same street as John. Walked to school with him for seven years. The good times we shared together as teenagers and young adults are too numerous to mention. Besides being one of the funniest people I knew, he was also extremely kind and insightful. He was a great friend.
Many condolences to Mrs. Brigandi, Tori, Paul, Mary, Kelsey and Marlo.
Godspeed Amigo!!!

Sad to hear this news. John and I were good friends during high school. Have many excellent memories of working out, playing football as co-linebackers, partying, shooting the breeze, etc. He was part of a close group that included Todd Ellis, Andy Puleo, Mike Doerner, and Vern Celestino. First of us to die.
Unfortunately, living in Montana and having back surgery this week, I cannot attend the funeral. My sincere condolences to Paul and his Mom who I remember well.
Best, Chris Cerquone

I worked with John on Wall St and remained friends for the past 25 years. He was by far one of the Funniest people you would ever have the good fortune of meeting. His quick whit would often have us all in tears laughing. We spoke usually every few weeks and he will be Missed. My Deepest Condolences to his family. He often talked about his daughter who he loved beyond words. He was a Special Person. Loved people. Loved to reminisce about the past and we always loved to talk cars. He was a car lover and a boat lover. So sorry to hear this. RIP my Buddy.

Dear John
I will miss our daily conversations as well as the plans we discussed to find and restore old "barn finds" that we were going restore together. Now, you will find peace and tranquility in another world that you and your family did not expect to see you visit so soon. On that journey, we all send our love and respect and eventually will be knocking on your door.
My sincere condolences to all of your family including Marla whose devotion to you was exlempary.
Your friend, Carlo

Though I only recently met John to initiate business relations my connection was unforgettable and my heart was broken none the less to learn of such a huge loss. His personality cannot easily be matched. May the Almighty make it easy on his loved ones as well as to bless him in multiplicity for the kindness that he shared with me.
