I always enjoyed my phone conversations with Jack. We discussed family, ancestors and places. Jack knew how to live life the the fullest. I will miss our conversations, however, I plan to stay connected to his children and grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Burdette were like second parents and grandparents to me, my deceased sister Jackie, and my son. My memories of them making me feel welcomed and loved go all the way back to high school and are just too many to list. So sorry to the entire Burdette family for your loss and remember, they´re all up there now looking down on us. Go Pitt!
