John S. Bush Sr.

John S. Bush, Sr. passed away September 26th surrounded by his family and friends. He worked for Shell E&P for 34 years in the drafting and training departments. He was a stranger to none and a friend to all. He is preceded in death by his father, George E. Bush, Sr.; and his brother, George E. Bush, Jr. He is survived by his devoted wife, Randa; and by his wonderful mother, Mary Imogene Schaper; his cherished sons, John S. Bush, Jr. and David Bush and his wife, Dawn. He is also survived by his beloved daughters, Miranda and Emma; by his precious grandchildren, Krystle, Taylor, Lane and Jacob, and extended family and friends. We would like to thank all our many friends who are invaluable to us for your prayers and well wishes. We will eternally be grateful for such a wonderful group of people. A lunch will be held at St. John's United Methodist Church in Richmond at 11:30 a.m., Monday, October 1, 2012, with a funeral service at St. John's at 1:00 p.m. Pastors David Luckert and Carmen Rickel will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. For those wishing, In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John's UMC, 400 Jackson St., Richmond, Texas.
