Taz, thanks so much for all the great times, the decades of Blue Mondays, jams at the Park, and laugh-sessions in the basement of the Nines. You've been truly one of the nicest guys to walk this earth, and beloved by everyone who ever met you no matter how briefly. Well played, my brother.

We played together in Blue Shadows way, way back in the day. We had a regular lunch date at Simeon's. Outlandish humor was a big part of hanging with Taz. I never left an encounter with him without a smile on my face. I didn't see him very much for the last 30 years, but I'll miss him and I am sorry for the loss that this represents for so many other folks.

A generous, kind, caring and musical gentleman, 1/2 of our first 'real' rhythm section along with Eric Ott (r.i.p.). A toast to the toastmaster himself, a Pirate, a Lost Sailor, a Blue Monday ambassador! Eternal peace T.D.!!
