Prayers for Lt. Carrell and his family.
I worked for Lt. Carrell in Intracoastal and on Key Biscayne (during hurricane Andrew). He was a good leader whom I found to be very fair and appreciative of hard working people (many gold badges weren't as supportive as he was). I liked him and I liked working for him (he was great during Hurricane Andrew).
