My heart goes to the Cattaneo family for your loss. John was a selfless leader, always thinking about others and always willing to go above and beyond for his fellow co-workers. John's legacy will continue to live on through all the people he's touched. John made those around him better, he gave others courage to follow his example - even it wasn't the easy path, and he will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. Cattaneo family, Sincerest condolences on your profound loss. I will not be able to attend his memorial celebration of life. I did want to share he was a fantastic leader, very knowledgeable, and humble. I will miss his humor and kindness. Always remembering names, and little tidbits about each person he interacted with were noted by others. He got things done, which sometimes is hard in such a big company. His passion for his job is something he will be long remembered for.

Dad,
I miss you everyday. It makes me so proud to see all the people you´ve impacted throughout your life. How much you´ve done for me, Nicholas, Mom, and countless others will be remembered forever. You were a light in a world of darkness. My hero, best friend, and the best person I ever knew. I know there´s so much we didn´t do, but I appreciate all that we could. Thank you for being a leader for so many. Your selflessness impacted me greatly. I love you so much. Catch some fish for me up there.

I was shocked and dismayed to hear of John's much-too-early passing. I knew John well from his early days in Facilities and later in Security. We had similar interests and shared many stories about hunting and fishing. As a neighbor I would see John when we were walking our dogs or on his way to work. I was so proud of him when he shared with me his promotion. My heart goes out to his family. He was a fine man.

John was always there for whomever needed him. I knew John the entire 33+ years that I was at L3Harris, from his days in Facilities and all of his advancements throughout his stellar career. He always had time for me and I greatly appreciate that. Even after I retired from L3Harris, he made time for me to discuss a security issue. I consider him my friend.

Words cannot express my shock and sadness to know you're gone from us too soon. Been thinking of the 22+ years I knew you. I remember you coming into security from facilities and training you as a program security officer. And to come back years later to work together again. You were always a part of my career and a special part of my life as a friend. You will be greatly missed.
Andrea, Jack and Nicholas, deepest sympathies on this great loss. John loved you all so much and did it all for you. Praying you find peace and comfort.
