Very early on in knowing John, or Jethro, as we called him, he took me for a ride on his very fast motorcycle and drove me to the apartment complex where Jeffry Dahmer had lived. If you know Jethro, you know that he was a jokester and had that hearty laugh I can still hear in my head to this day. This gives you an idea of how long ago I met him, and how young we were. We attended the same events seeing local bands in the Milwaukee area. I would also sometimes see him in Elkhart Lake, my home town, as he loved racing, especially the motorbike races. Always with a laugh and a smile and full of good cheer. It's hard to say goodbye to someone so full of life. I believe he is clowning around now with those who have gone before him, holding court with his wit and big heart in heaven. Until we meet again, Jethro. Michele "Curly" Tupper

Dear Cathy, Sandy and Tommy,
The loss of a sibling can cut deep. It brings up a lifetime of memories. I remember Johnny as an adorable little boy with a bundle of energy. I´m so glad that he grew up to live his life his way. It seemed like he loved what he was doing. I find some comfort in that and I hope the same for you.
Our family is sending our love your way.
Carrie Lynn Hibbard Holden.
