John J. "Jay" Coughlin Jr.

Very sorry to hear of Jay's passing. He always had a smile and took the time to chat with me whenever we saw each other in the neighborhood. Jay was one of the shining lights of Sioux Avenue. "Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace."
