He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Midkiff) Crabtree; daughters, Debbie (Larry) Taylor, Lesa (Chris) Herold and Kelley Parsley (Brian Taylor) ; grandchildren, Brock and Kelsey Taylor, Grace and Quinn Herold, Mady and Grant Parsley and Connor Taylor.
Jack's family will receive friends on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 6 to 7:00pm at the Reynoldsburg Nazarene Church, 1340 Crest Rd. Reynoldsburg, OH, where his memorial service will be held at 7:00pm with Pastor Larry Taylor and Pastor Brad Crumbacher officiating.
