John Crisalli

John J. Crisalli Jr., of New Milford, CT passed away peacefully on May 18, 2024, after his courageous battle with cancer.
The son of John Sr. and the late Mary Ann (Gaviglia) Crisalli, John was born August 11, 1963 in Brooklyn, NY. and later moved to Sandy Hook with his family.
"Johnny" as he was known to those who loved him, was a man of many hats, literally and figuratively. In his 60 years of life, John accomplished many things, including opening Johnny's Auto, his first business. He had a love of all things cars, guns, and good pastry, but the thing he loved most was his family.
John never met a stranger; a friend to all. The man made of magic, he was never met with a problem he could not solve, or a deal he could not make. His sense of humor, his smile, and his unwavering strength will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
John will be watching over his wife Donna, to whom he was married 36 beautiful years; his daughter Alicia, who he adoringly referred to as "Boo"; his daughter Amanda and son in law Edward (Shrack); his pride and joy, his grandson Eric Christopher Shrack (his buddy); his brother Joseph Crisalli; his sister Theresa Mitchell (David); his father John Crisalli Sr (Gail); several nieces and nephews, and countless family members and friends.
We are certain he was met at the gates of heaven by his mother, Mary Ann, who gained her angel wings before him, and that he is laughing endlessly with his father in law and brother in law.
Calling hours will be held from 3-7pm on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Honan Funeral Home 58 Main Street, Newtown, CT, 06470.
