Mr. John Michael Donnellan

John Mike Donnellan, 70, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in Aubrey, TX. John was born November 19, 1954, in Inglewood, CA, to John Patrick and Geraldine L. (Moeller) Donnellan. He married Catherine Mayer August 16, 1980, in San Antonio, TX.
John is survived by his wife, Catherine of Aubrey, TX; mother, Geraldine of San Antonio, TX; two daughters, Christine Solis of Dallas, TX and Sandra Hinckley and husband, Nick of Cedar Hill, TX; three grandchildren, Azriel Solis, and Lillian and Evelyn Hinckley; five siblings, Patti Myers, Maureen Cook (Steve Kiger), Tom Donnellan (Adrienne), Colleen McKean, and Kathleen Keating (Ben); four nephews, Chad, Jake, and Johnathen Mayer and Carter Keating; three great-nephews; six nieces, Maggie Robinson and husband Grayson, Abbie Obrien, Jennifer (Jared) Martin, Aisling Niestroy, Katrina Donnellan, and Miranda Donnellan (Alex Huber); great-niece Riggsley Robinson; father-in-law and mother-in-law John Francis and Maxien Vivian Mayer of San Antonio, TX; brother-in-law, John Mayer, Jr. and wife Karen of Corpus Christi, TX; and sister-in-law, Jean O'Brien and husband Tom of Helotis, TX.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Donnellan.
The funeral service is Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey, TX at 1:00PM with Chaplain John Baldwin officiating. Interment will be at a later date at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at www.slaymemorialfuneralhome.com
