John J. Durie, 82, died January 15, 2024, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
John was born on April 24,1941, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.
John retired from Tony DePaul & Son in 2001, and moved to Port St Lucie, FL. While in Florida, he worked for Mancil’s Asphalt Paving until his complete retirement. John was an avid Harley Davidson rider who enjoyed attending Daytona Bike Week.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen Durie (Sabol). Survivors include his children, John J. (Kimberly) Durie III of Chalfont, PA; Jessica Durie of Jenkintown, PA; Jennifer (Keith) Money of Middleburg, FL; grandchildren, John J. Durie IV, Madison Durie, Edward Marten, Erika Benitez, Matthew Marten and Morgan Money; great-grandchildren, Kylie Keen and Isabella Benitez.
