John Paul Eddlemon Jr.

Deputy Eddlemon and I had countless conversations about the Lord. He and I would discuss ways to help the students at Alternative School. I would invite him to my classroom as a guest speaker to break barriers and build trusting relationships with the students. He would often encourage me, which made a difference in my growth. I'm so thankful God allowed us to cross paths. I'm a firm believer that iron sharpens iron!

I pray God provides your family with a peace that surpasses all understanding in their time of loss! I will always value your friendship!

Paul, the short time I knew you was a pleasure. Your unwavering faith throughout this last year is truly inspirational. My heart goes out to all your precious and treasured family. You are all in my heart and my prayers. What a beautiful legacy you´ve left. Heaven has gained a very special soul.

The World´s Greatest Nunkie. Though our hearts are sad, we know you are at peace and no longer suffering! The girls will now keep you close to their hearts in a little locket necklace I bought them and placed your photo inside. You´ve given us memories that can never be forgotten or replaced. Until we meet again! We love you beyond what words could even begin to describe. I´ll thank God every day for placing you in our lives. You will be greatly and so deeply missed!

Paul, you will be missed with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office SROs. I am glad to have had the opportunity to work closely with you for the three weeks I trained you in the FTO program. Rest easy, my brother LEO. We will take it from here.
