John Clark Endahl

Mr. John Clark Willard Endahl, age 56, a resident of Auburndale, Florida, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025, at AdventHealth Orlando, surrounded by family. John was born on January 12, 1969, in Marquette, Michigan, to Clark George and Gayla Jean (Smith) Endahl. John and his wife Kim moved from Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Auburndale, Florida, in April of 2016. John Graduated from James Madison High School in San Antonio, Texas, preparing to go into the Air Force like his father before him, but then changed his mind. He did go through testing and scored in the top 2% for navigation and top 3% for becoming a pilot. John continued his education at Mott Community College, Flint, Michigan, and then graduated from the University of Michigan - Flint Campus, with a Business Management Degree. He worked for AAA/Auto Club Group for 15 years, climbing the ladder to become the Manager of the Cyber Threat Management Team. He earned 2 certifications and worked yearly to continue his education for his CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) & GCIH (Certified Incident Handler). John was a loving husband, cat father, son, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law and friend. He was a member of the Disney Vacation Club, of which he was very proud. He enjoyed Star Trek, animals, nature, collecting Marvel Comics & movie memorabilia, music and s cience f iction. He was preceded in death by his Father/Clark Endahl, Brother/Chris Endahl, and Mother-in-law/Rebecca Hodson. John is survived by his loving and devoted family: Wife of 23 years/Kimberly Endahl, Mother/Gayla Endahl, Sister-in-law/Kelly McGinty, Goddaughter/Marlo Steen-Phillips, Uncle & Aunt/John R. & Elaine Endahl, cousins/Barbara, George, David, Matthew and Katherine, his AAA/ACG family and many special friends. In lieu of flowers (because they are toxic to their kitties), please make donations to " thecarefoundation.org", which was dear to his heart. A celebration of John's life will be held at 1pm Saturday, October 11th at Kersey Funeral Home.
