My dear Uncle John, I will miss your extraordinary wit. You were such a big part of my childhood and young adult life and I have so many fun memories of times we spent together. Loved your sense of style and grace.

Charlie, I am so sorry. I really liked John. I can still remember the twinkle in his eye even though I haven't seen him in ages. He was a great guy. I'm sorry I can't make it on Friday, but my thoughts will be with you.
