Alice and John were our neighbors for many years. John was affectionately called "the mayor of Thornblade Crossing". He was always ready with a lending hand, advise and genuine concern for his neighbors. His heart was always big and there was room in it for everyone. Alice and John were second grandparents to our granddaughter Jada. Jada knew there was always a cookie or ice cream bar waiting for her at their house. Their holiday decorations drew all the kids and made for some great photo ops.
John was a huge presence and those who knew him personally are left with a huge void.
Our deepest condolences to Alice and family. God Bless.

My first memory of John Fallon is when he came over the first day we moved in across from him and he invited my self and my wife Meli to his Christmas party at his home. We accepted and meet Alice and other neighbors. That was 10 years ago and we have been very good friends since then. John support us as Meli underwent Chemo Theropy for Large B cell Lymphoma and provided a pray to St. Peregrin for her recovery that I still say every day. It worked. I remember our mutual love for the Civil War as we both loved this history due to me being exposed to the Antietam and Gettysburg Battle fields. I did not know that he was quite a Civil War buff. Did not really understand his love for the Civil War until he invited me to his home and opened up his second story room of his home that had about every book of the War that had been printed. But his love was a gift from his wife Alice that he cherished the most and I was fortunate to see it and hear the story of its acquisition. I also got spoiled by him as he provided me guidance on many issues that presented itself to me over our 10 year friendship. I will alway remember when he met our rescue dog, Patti, and the continuing relation ship that they both had as I would walk her in the community. She could either see John's car from afar and know what was in store for her or was we walked in the morning for duty business and would forget about everything if John was watering the flowers or working out in the garage. Pepperoni stick or beef jerky had that pull. Talk about spoiled. John loved it as you could see with his big 'Irish' smile. He will be lost by many, family and friends. I am blessed to have the benefit of calling him my friend and know that his 'Irish' smile is looking down on all of us today. Miss you buddy.........
