John R. Fletcher

I´ve had the pleasure of knowing John since the 90s, meeting him at times I would stop by the sheriff´s office when I was on the Highway Patrol. Over all these years, we would see each other at various association events/conferences. John always had a kind word and was such a professional representative of his community. My condolences are extended to his lovely family, friends and the Russell Community. His legacy will live on.

I didn´t get to spend a lot of time with my cousin John, but I know he was a good man. He will be missed by many. Prayers for comfort to Rick, Kandi and all of John´s family.
