John A Galloway

John Galloway was a legend within Lilly and the diabetes community. He devoted countless hours introducing and mentoring me in diabetology. The personal introductions he provided were, and continue to be of immense importance to the research we have conducted. It is deeply saddening to witness his passing but so inspiring to witness the incrediable legacy he established. He was a terrific physican that served an important role in the transition of patient care through so many transformative advances in the field. His was a life incrediably well lived.

It´s remarkable how many lives Dr. Galloway improved with his life-saving work. It´s truly humbling. My condolences and love to Laura, John, Cheryl, Chris, Mrs. Mildred Galloway, and all the family.
