John loved spending time with family & friends. He never met a stranger. He was always the life of the party. John always made others laugh. He always enjoyed telling his jokes. He was an amazing father, husband, grandfather. He spent hours playing and making every moment count with his grand kids. He loved to watch and play sports of all kinds. He had an amazing fun loving spirit & would help anybody without hesitation if he was able to.
John is preceded in death by his wife, Diane; parents, Angelo and Madeline Gravellese; and sister, Teresa Gravellese.
Left to cherish the happy memories are his son, John (Kaitlyn Spurgin) Gravellese, Jr; daughter, Jhanee (Michael Lockhart) Gravellese; granddaughters, Brynlee and Gia; sisters, Madeline Favaloro, Linda Wertz and Mary Cahill; brothers, Jimmy, Michael, and Angelo Gravellese. Also, numerious nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Companion Funeral Home at the Ridge Chapel on Saturday, February 1, 2025. Visitation 11:00-1:00 with services to immediately follow.
