Mr. John K. Greer Sr.

Mr. John K. Greer Sr. (J.K.) age 78 of Dallas, Texas passed away October 14, 2010. Born August 6, 1932 to Charlie and Clara Greer in Plano, Texas. John was raised by his grandmother Katie Robertson of Dallas, Texas. He joined Good Street Baptist Church at an early age. John is preceded in death by his father, Charlie; mother, Clara; and grandmother, Katie Robertson. John worked for Artesde Mexico for over 20 years. He also worked for Henry Kyle, Inc. for 15 years. After retirement he went into business for himself as an Events Planner, Chauffer and other miscellaneous jobs. He was a lover of people and enjoyed Deer Hunting. John leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 44 years Peggy; two sons, John Greer Jr. and Donald Greer; one daughter, Zizett Greer; one special adopted son Change Greer; one special niece, Johnetta Ellis whom he raised; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
