John Haas Obituary
He was born June 29, 1962, in Elkins, West Virginia, the son of William and Mary Haas.
John lived in West Virginia and California before settling in Geneva, Illinois as a child where he grew up and raised a family. John had a 20 year career in Illinois tourism and enjoyed travelling. He loved to ride his Honda Goldwing motorcycle and recently took a road trip up and down the eastern and midwestern United States.
He is survived by his sons Andrew, of Hoffman Estates, and Jacob (Lili), of Warrenville; Cathy Haas of Batavia; Tom Gerber of Georgia; many dear friends, and cat Bootsie.
He was preceded in death by his parents and Joanne Ingold.
Services for John will be held privately.
