My wife and I would like to express our deep and sincere sympathy to the Harvison family. My wife and I know John Jr. and his wife Rose and family from the Philippines, and I personally know John Jr. having spent many years together working for the US Army in Seoul, Korea. I did meet Mr. and Mrs. Harvison during one of my trips home to visit my family in Trafford, where I grew up! I had a great visit with both of them. I went to visit them at the request of John Jr. and I must say it was one of the highlights of my trip to the old homestead. Reading the obituary I never knew Mr. Harvison was born in Turtle Creek. My father was born and raised in Turtle Creek as well and he was born in 1928. I miss all of those in my family that have passed on as I am sure all of you do too, but the comfort we all have are those memories and they will linger on and be with you as they are with me now and forever! God bless the Harvison family and provide each and everyone of you with comfort and healing knowing there is no more suffering and no more pain. The memories will make you smile and ease the heartache and sadness you are feeling now. Our thoughts and prayers are with you......Jim and Ling Winterbottom
