John C. Havener V, a cherished and honorable man, passed away on May 10, 2025, at the age of 64 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Born on October 13, 1960, in Merced, California, he was the son of the late John Havener IV and Gayle Havener. He was also a devoted husband of the late Marie Havener, with whom he shared 15 beautiful years of companionship.
Johns legacy lives on through his beloved children: John Havener VI, Kody (Kristin) Havener, and Keilene (Joshua) Twist. He was a proud grandfather to Vanessa, Isabelle, Joshua Jr. Kinsley, Grayson, and Aria who will hold dear the memory of their grandfathers wisdom and kindness. He is also survived by his loyal dog, Larry, and his siblings, Cathi Cianci and Michael Havener. John was a pillar of strength and love in his families lives.
A proud veteran, John served his country with dedication as a U.S. Air Force Aircraft Loadmaster for six years. After his military service, he built a long and successful career as a Senior Commercial Title Examiner. Since the early 1980s, John was a leader in his fieldknown not only for his deep knowledge and professionalism but also for the support and mentorship he offered to those around him.
Johns passions were as vibrant as his personality. He found peace in fishing, joy in traveling, and excitement in cheering for his favorite NASCAR driversnever missing a race. He had a gift for conversation; he loved to share stories, often filled with humor and insight, drawn from a lifetime of experience.
John's thoughtful nature, engaging spirit, and dependable presence made him a confidant and friend to many. His wise counsel, warm heart, and love of life will be sorely missed.

As we say goodbye to a man who was not only a respected professional but also a deeply treasured father, grandfather, brother, and friend, we celebrate the remarkable legacy he leaves behind.
