Jack, just like the many other people in our lives who have blessed us with their presence and time on Earth, your memory for us will still resonate.

Jack brother I think of you always and started playing TT again in memory of you. I'll keep it going what we learned together so until we meet.

I'm away on a business conference and just heard of jacks passing . Jack was the brother I never had . We shared many late night hockey practices and road trips . I will miss but never forget u jack . My deepest sympathy to the heslin family

I always thought his real first name was -jack- just now found out its not, so sorry to hear about your loss at such a young age but hes not in pain anymore and thats what eases your souls, jacky taught me alot about the game of hockey as he was my coach my freshmen year at BR ,GOD BLESS you Caroline and family

Jack was a great player, captain, assistant coach and friend. We shared many bus rides and many laughs. John, remember the road trip we took with Jack to Maine to watch hockey? All the best to a wonderful family.

This caught me totally off guard. I am both saddened and sickened by the thought of my buddy John Heslin being gone. Jack was a great teammate of mine at B-R playing baseball. His smile will remain in my memories. I have not seen Jack in over 5 years or so and only vaguely remember being told he was battling cancer the past few years. Goodbye my friend, the suffering is over. May you rest in peace upstairs. God bless your family. I am really sorry I can't get home for the celebration of life or the funeral as I am half way across the world living and working in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for a few years. I will be there in spirit and my prayers are with your family my friend. I am grateful for having known and competed alongside you. Rest in Peace buddy.

I'm saddened to hear of Jack's passing. He had a twinkle in his eyes that I will never forget. He will live in our hearts until we meet again. Blessings to Heslin family.

So sorry to hear about you son. Passing away, I'm sure he'll be missed.

Deeply sorry for your family's loss. I have many good memories of Jack and growing up next door to you. He shared his love of sports with us. The whole neighborhood would get together often for a game of baseball or hockey... etc one memory that stands out is there were only enough hockey sticks for the boys. The girls had to used brooms and shovels and whatever we could find. Thank you for all the fun!!! RIP Jack
