I sorry to hear about your lost and I would like to share with the family a comforting scripture at John11:25" Jesus said I am the resurrction and the life he that exercises faith in me, even though he dies will come to life.

Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

It was my great honor to serve as a secretary in the San Antonio AG's office during "General" Hill's tenure as attorney general. As a young Republican, I was struck with his honesty, integrity and just plain humanity, to the point that I broke with my party to vote for him against Gov. Clements. Texas has lost a stateman in the best sense of the word. May God comfort your hearts during this sad time.
