Mr. John Henry Hill. age 72 of Elberton, GA, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at his home.
He was born April 11, 1953 in Royston, Ga. to Nobaly Fowler Norris and Tommy Norris. He was a truck driver and a carpenter. John Henry enjoyed spending time with his family helping raise his grandkids.
Left to cherish his memories are : his children, Angelia Hill of Toccoa Ga., Christopher Hill of Elberton Ga., Melinda Hill of Gainesville Ga., and Lisa Freeman and Chis Jordan of Elberton, Ga. Grandchildren: Katherine Woods, Nicholas Woods, Lee Hill, Travis Hill, Luke Hill, Gavin Freeman, Chloe Freeman, CJ Jordan, Sophia Hill. Great Grandchildren; Paisley Woods, Bella Woods and Baby Ariel. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Shirley Ann Pless Hill and a brother Tommy Norris Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at One o'clock in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
Family members are at their respective homes.
