Jay,
I feel so blessed in my life that our paths crossed in Tourism. Right from the start I saw a gentleman and a kind and caring soul. I pray for peace for your family.

Tammy:
I am so sorry to hear about Jay. Even though I haven't seen him for some years, I always considered him to be my brother. He certainly always kept me laughing. I don't think I ever saw him have a down moment.
God bless you Jay, and God bless your family. And thank you for having made my life a lot more richer for having known you.
I love you, brother!!

In the very short time I knew Jay, he was pure delight! Always a laugh from such a tender heart.
Tammy, I leave you, Jacob and Daniel with the verse below. Remember that God is ever present and He hears your cries. Rejoice in the life Jay lived so fully.
Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. -Psalm 30:5

Johnny is hiking through Heaven - and photographing it - and probably cataloging his analytical thoughts and observations about it - you can be sure!
Happy trails to you until we meet again, my friend. Little Chuck

"Peace" always seemed to be a word that you could relate to Jay. His presence brought about a sense of peace. The few short years I grew to know Jay I always saw a gentleman and a gentle man. I've searched my being for an explanation as to why God needs to take the good and the young with so much yet to do in life. But, His will be done! Jay, you blessed us with your presence.

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.
