Dear Cathy,
Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time. Please extend my sympathy to your mom and brother. You were a wonderful daughter and caregiver, and I have always been in awe of the love and care you gave to your dad for so many years of his illness.
Love and miss you,
Mary Lou

Dear Jean.
I have many fond memories of us working at the church fund raisers especially the rummage sales. Death can not destroys our memories that sustain us when our loved one is no longer here to comfort us.
God's comfort will be yours as you grieve your loss. God grant John memory eternal!

(conveyed by Cathy Fischer, per Chuck's email request. Chuck has kept in touch with us for many years, and was Dad's good friend, band-mate, and Navy comrade.)
Dear Family,
I am sorry I can't be there with you and your family at this sad time when John has left us. I will be with you in Spirit during these days of sorrow. My prayers go out to you and your family for comfort and peace. "Do not regret growing old. It is a privilege and blessing denied to many."
Thank you Cathy and Jean for informing me quickly of my GOOD LIFE-LONG FRIEND, John's passing. Our friendship shall not end here.
PEACE, Chuck

My deepest sympathy to Johns Family. John was a good fried of my brother Chuck, living in Switzerland. I remember the days they chummed around, and the band they had together. May Johns soul and all the souls of the Faithful departed rest in Peace.
My deepest Sympathy, Chucks Sister Marge
