Weslaco, Texas - John Darrell Huffman, 76, passed away to be with the Lord on December 14, 2024 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
Mr. Huffman was born on March 26, 1948 in Fort Worth, TX to Mr. Joe Huffman & Mrs. Pearl Ford.
John Darrell Huffman was a veteran of the US Marines.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Romie Stobaugh; one sister, Claudia Garrett & one grandson, Austin Durant.
John Darrell Huffman is survived by his wife, Barbara Huffman; three daughters, Lori Doering (Joel), Jamie McCarty (Brian), Cindy Green (Chris) & one sister, Salle Rozman (Roger). Also surviving are nine grandchildren & five great-grandchildren.
Visitation for John Darrell Huffman is scheduled for Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a Celebration of Life to start at 12:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of The Heavens. Interment will follow at RGV State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, TX.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
