I´ve known John almost as long as Missy has known him. You couldn´t know a more open, sincere, loving person
John was always smiling with a warm greeting and positive outlook.
His stories could make you laugh and cry and fill you with intrigue and wonder.
Johnny, I miss you and will forever hold you dear in heart and soul.

My condolences to Missy and everyone else that loved John;
I had the pleasure to be one of Johns friends when we were young and growing up with John was never a dull moment. You just never knew what to expect from him with his high intelligence, quick wit, and humor, he would keep us all in stitches for hours at a time. My fondest memories were with the four of us John, Keith, Kevin, and myself all crammed into his VW beetle with all our surfboards strapped to the roof racks for our regular trips to the beach to surf. We will all miss him, he touched all of our lives in a positive way, and our memories of him will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
Sincerely, Gordon Kennedy

John was my dearest friend. I was honored to be his best man at his wedding. We grew up together, from skateboards to surfing, we had a lot of adventures. The best times were usually just hanging out somewhere in the neighborhood. I´ll miss you John.
