John Richard Jacoway

A real good guy. He struck me as being a Christian. I just thought of him today after five or six decades, and thus very sorry that I just missed reconnecting...which was my plan.

I just learned of Dr. Jacoway's passing. He was a true gentleman, and an outstanding dental school faculty at UNC. When you spoke to John, it was if it was the most interesting he had heard. John was responsible for several of his students and US Army colleagues choosing Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology as a specialty. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Both John and Pat were great friends and supporters for me and Donna as she fought the cancer that eventually took her to meet Jesus. They are with her now. The world misses them.
