John Francis “Johnny” Brockleman, 62, of Goshen, passed away at his home on November 25, 2025.
John was born on October 4, 1963, in Lewis County, West Virginia, to John E. Brockleman and Thelma Mae (Hitt) Neal. He married Sherry Wert Brockleman on January 7, 1984.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sherry; his children, Brandon (Melissa Goins) Brockleman of Goshen, Cody Brockleman of Middlebury, Jacob (Jessica) Brockleman of Middlebury, and Nicholas (Brittany) Brockleman of Middlebury; his stepmother, Jayne Taylor of West Virginia; and his siblings Reva (Clyde) Stickler of Goshen, Martin (Chanda) Neal of Goshen, Paul (Joyce) Taylor, Kenneth (Sharmon) Taylor, Cynthia (Darrin) Osborne, Rebecca (Daniel) Westfall, Richard Taylor, Thelma (Bill) Bennett and Thomas Taylor all of West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfathers Martin Neal and Roy Lay, and his brother Joseph Michael Brockleman.
John worked in the RV industry for 25 years and later found joy working as a scrapper. He loved hunting, fishing, golfing, mowing, and spending time with his grandchildren. Known for his infectious sense of humor, John had the special ability to make anyone laugh and brighten their day.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 2–4 p.m. and 6–8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 11 a.m., also at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery in Goshen.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Shriners Hospital or Goshen Hospice.
