This day i have learned of my fellow USNA Alum's passing. I greatly appreciated the work he did for St. Mary's Pastoral Council. He was an exemplary man of tremendous faith.

I am so grateful that you shared John with us residents. We got to know him as the life of the party, chill, inclusive, joyful, the best cook! - and so much more. His presence will be deeply missed

Sad to hear of John's passing and would like to extend deep sympathy to Monica, Abigail, and family. I have many memories of John going back to 1989, our plebe year at the Naval Academy. I hadn't met anyone that had a sense of humor like his, matched with a great intellect. He was one of a kind, and knew how to bring a smile with all his wisecracks and impressions. So great to hear about all he went on to do in life, serving others in so many ways. My heart goes out to his family and hope they know he made a mark in this world and will be sorely missed. I am heartbroken to hear about the passing of John. I worked side-by-side with him at IBM for many years. He was a mentor and friend to me. My deepest sympathies go out to Monica and Abby and the entire Jones family.

I was truly saddened to hear of John's passing. We worked together about 16 years ago when both at IBM and it was truly a joy to work together and share both work and personal conversations. He's touched a lot of lives over the years and will not be forgotten. Rest in peace my friend.
