JOHN KELLY Obituary

KELLY, John Francis Age 82, died on July 4, 2025, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose, MA. Born in Tewksbury, MA on September 4, 1942, to Julia Soblinsky Rankas. He served in the Air Force for five years. He is survived by his half-sisters, Bernice Navin of Florida, Patricia and Peter Brun of Burlington, MA; and Sarah Buhler, niece of Tewksbury, MA; and Alan Brun, nephew of Salem, MA. John is loved and will be missed by many friends. Visitation at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY, MA, on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church, 18 Belvidere St., Boston, MA 02115, at 11:30 AM. Interment in Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Ave., Boston, MA 02130. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of John to St. Cecilia's, at www.stceciliaboston.org.
