John and I started our careers doing similar resin work and we do so forever more. He was a fun guy to runaround with.

My dear friend John Kendall and I became reacquainted for the last couple of years so we did a lot of things together recently. Our early friendship goes back to 1974 when as a student I hired him for some work under some optical sciences contracts and we perseverance and lots of trials and tribulations together. Recently I've been helping him as he transitioned from one housing complex to the second one and stuff that he was so good at I'm very sorry to lose such a good friend and a good hearted man. Rest in peace and let's work together again next time around.

I've known John since 1977 when I purchased the 6-plex where he was a resident. Over the years I learned what a knowledgeable person he was. He was an excellent electronics technician, he understood plumbing, air conditioning, construction principles, and so much more. He did a lot of reading in technical and scientific journals. Over the years, John was an incredibly valuable resource and a great help in the maintenance of the apartments. During the 47 years as owner, John was not only a very special tenant, but he was also a treasured friend. He never wanted for much and as such he was difficult to buy for, making birthdays and Christmas a challenge. I was very sad to hear that John had passed and I will miss my old friend. John was one of those rare good guys in this world. May you rest in peace.
