JOHN KOMAR Obituary
John shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Janet Komar (née Rusnak). Their partnership was built on loyalty, laughter, and unwavering devotion.
He was a proud father to Chrissy Walter (Dave) and Jennifer Komar, and an incredible grandfather to David John and Thomas James. Being "Grandpa" was one of his greatest blessings, and he cherished every moment with his grandsons.
Known for his quick wit and joyful humor, John always made others laugh and feel at ease. He loved music, especially polkas, reflecting his proud Slovenian heritage and joyful spirit.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances (née Jeram), and his brother, Frank.
John's legacy lives on through his wife, Jan; daughters, Jennifer and Chrissy; son-in-law, Dave; grandsons, David John and Thomas James; and many dear friends.
Though we're heartbroken, we're grateful for the life we shared. His love, laughter, and spirit will guide and comfort us always.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday Jan. 28 at 6:30 PM at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave. in Willoughby, where the Family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-7 PM.
