John William Koral Jr.

John W. Koral Jr., age 92, of Warren, Michigan passed away on April 5, 2025. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Ida Koral. Devoted husband of 69 years to Marilyn Koral; cherished father of Gary (Noelle) Koral, Denise (Daniel) Zieja; dear grandfather of Amanda (Enmanuel) Cerón, Christopher Zieja, and Jarrett Koral; and loving great-grandfather of Aurora.
John was a proud military veteran who served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He had many happy adventures traveling with the love of his life, Marilyn. From camping to cruises, they enjoyed trips to different states and countries. He was still traveling at the wheel of his motor coach into his late eighties. A lifelong car enthusiast, he still owned a vintage 1966 Cadillac convertible as a nod to the company from which he retired after over thirty years of service.
A true people person, John could connect with people of all ages and from all walks of life. He will be remembered for his love of adventure, friendly disposition and dedication to his family. His legacy of love and integrity will endure through the many who love him. He will be deeply missed.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Saturday April 26 at 12:00 noon.
