John Lee Obituary
In his younger years, John was employed at Shure Brothers and at G. D. Searle & Co. in Skokie. He enjoyed riding his two motorcycles and playing 16-inch softball with his dad, brother, and friends on the "Stingers" team. In his later years, John was well cared for at Clark Manor nursing home in Chicago. John had an amusing sense of humor and an endearing charm, and he will be dearly missed by his family and by all who knew and loved him.
Dear brother of Jeffrey (Jeanette Ruby) Lee, Judy (Dave) Bavlsik, and Nancy (Dean) Palya; loving uncle of Rebecca (Adam) Schmidt, Amanda Lee, Jessica Lee, John (Candice) Bavlsik, Brian (Lourdes) Bavlsik, Dayna Palya, Dean (Luna) Palya Jr., and the late Randy Palya; cherished great-uncle of Eric, Caleb, Aiden, Autumn, Owen, Sadie and Hannah.
Services are private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 E. 33rd St., New York, NY 10016 (kidney.org).
